Acceptable Use Policy
How the Service may and may not be used.
This document is a pre-launch draft, pending legal review. It is provided for transparency about how the hosted SERVARI service works and does not yet constitute final, lawyer-reviewed terms.
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the hosted SERVARI service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Use it lawfully
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these rules and the terms of the AI provider whose key you supply.
2. Do not
- Break the law or use the Service to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload another person's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, or to bypass the isolation between organizations.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service except with our written permission.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, or use its outputs to train, fine-tune, or build a competing model or system.
- Resell access to the Service, or run it as a service bureau for third parties, without our agreement.
- Submit content that is malicious, that introduces malware, or that places an unreasonable load on the Service.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and the use you make of outputs. SERVARI keeps an audit log of agent runs to support transparency, but it does not relieve you of responsibility for your own use.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or end access for breach of this policy. If you see misuse, tell us at info@mekreflect.com.
