License Terms

How SERVARI is licensed: access, not source.

This document is a pre-launch draft, pending legal review. It is provided for transparency about how the hosted SERVARI service works and does not yet constitute final, lawyer-reviewed terms.

SERVARI is licensed as access to a hosted service, not as source code. These terms describe what that license is — and is not.

1. Access, not source

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the hosted SERVARI service and use its outputs for your own business purposes, for as long as your access is active. We do not transfer source code, model weights, or the underlying method. SERVARI runs under the AI model key you supply.

2. We do not train on your outputs

Your conversations and outputs are yours. We do not use them to train, fine-tune, or improve any model, and we do not pool or sell them. This is a commitment we make to you.

3. Protecting the method

In turn, you agree not to use SERVARI's outputs to train, fine-tune, or build a competing or substitute model or system; not to reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the method behind the Service; and not to extract or reconstruct that method by systematic prompting, output harvesting, or benchmarking for replication. The outputs are what you license; the method stays with MEKreflect.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property in SERVARI — the system, the brand, and the method, together with any improvements — remains the exclusive property of MEKreflect. No intellectual property transfers to you under this license.

5. Relationship to the Terms

These License Terms sit within the Terms of Service. Negotiated, contract-form licensing for organizations is handled separately — contact info@mekreflect.com. The wording here is a pre-launch draft pending legal review.
