Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of the hosted SERVARI service.
This document is a pre-launch draft, pending legal review. It is provided for transparency about how the hosted SERVARI service works and does not yet constitute final, lawyer-reviewed terms.
What you use here is SERVARI hosted — a demonstration of SERVARI running in a shared environment. The full SERVARI product runs locally on your own machine. These terms govern the hosted demonstration service.
1. Who we are
The hosted SERVARI service ("the Service") is operated by MEKreflect D.O.O. (North Macedonia, in formation) ("MEKreflect", "we", "us"). SERVARI is our brand. You can reach us at info@mekreflect.com.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
SERVARI is a disciplined AI operator: a set of agents that run on an AI model you supply and keep an auditable record of what they do. The hosted Service is a demonstration of SERVARI. It is provided for evaluation and ordinary business use, not as a guaranteed or certified result.
Outputs from the Service are decision-support. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice, and you remain responsible for any decision you make using them.
3. Bring your own model (BYOM)
SERVARI runs on your own AI provider key. You supply a key for a provider you choose (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google, Groq, xAI, Moonshot, Mistral, or OpenRouter). When an agent runs, its requests are sent under YOUR key to YOUR chosen provider.
Your use of each AI provider is also governed by that provider's own terms. You are responsible for keeping your provider account in good standing and for any usage charges your provider bills you. We do not resell model access and we do not pool your key with anyone else's.
4. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization.
Acceptable use of the Service is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service and the outputs produced for your own use. We do not train any model on your conversations, and we do not sell or pool your data. We process your content only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
SERVARI — the software, the brand, and the method behind it — remains the intellectual property of MEKreflect. These Terms grant you access to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in SERVARI to you. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying method of the Service, or use its outputs to build a competing system.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
This is a pre-launch service and may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We may update these Terms; we will make a reasonable effort to signal material changes. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes you reach using the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are intended to be governed by the law of North Macedonia, subject to confirmation as the operating entity is finalized. Questions: info@mekreflect.com.
